China Rough is Here! We just got our shipment of new China materials. Included in the shipment are four different agates: A nice Nodular Agate with banding similar to botswana agates, but with more shadow, Chopstick Agate - new pseudomorph agate with a variety of colors and patterns, every nodule has pseudomorphs, Redskin Agate - distinctive waterline banded agates with redskins, Carnelian agate - this opalitic agate has a great range of colors and will also interest the arrowhead knappers as it will knap without heat treating. Also new is Blue Ice - a spectacular new find of aqua blue material we believe is jadeite. It takes a nice polish and has much of the appeal of gem silica...without the gem silica price. Last but not least, is a Pink Tourmaline - thick bright pink tourmaline crystals in a white to purple quartz matrix. We have cut some spheres out of this material and it is spectacular.
