China Blue Ice Rough

This is an unusual material we found while exploring in China. The material is a beautiful blue which runs from a light sky blue to a caribbean blue. Some pieces have pseudomorphs in them and every now and then we will find a piece with hematite in it as well. The material takes a nice polish with diamond and is fantastic in finished pieces. The top grade is the deepest blue colors and the second grade is a lighter sky blue similar to the blue in larimar.
