Large Sphere Re-polishing

Many of the large quartz spheres coming from Brazil and other overseas locations are hand ground or get damaged in transport. We have been approached by a number of customers who had large pieces they wanted re-polished. We built the necessary machines and tooling that produce a perfectly round sphere with a mirror finish polish. This significantly increases the beauty and value of these specimens and has become a significant part of our business.

Currently we are tooled to re-polish up to 24" in diameter

$6.25 per lb (starting weight) from 6" to 12" in diameter
$8.00 per lb (starting weight) from 12" to 24" in diameter

All material is cut and ground with diamond tooling using only water (No Oil!)
